最近看到這本BC卑詩省新移民資源與服務手冊 (BC Newcomers' Guide to Resources and Services), 裡面詳細的介紹所有新移民應該瞭解的食衣住行大小事, 想想也許對大家有幫助, 所以貼出來分享一下囉! 唉, 當年不知道我們是沒有看到, 還是當時還沒有出版這樣的資源服務手冊. 總而言之, 政府的訊息輔助是很充分的.
